The websites are built on the latest technology available today. We have stayed on the cutting edge of technological front. We own servers. All the work is outsourced to India . Some of the most brilliant people in the world do the programming of the websites and maintain them.
At the heart of what we do is a system of directories. Each website is a directory dedicated to a particular industry. We have successfully marketed several of our sites. We are generating very healthy income from these sites. This is where you come in. We are looking for sales and marketing professionals to market our remaining sites.
About The Admin Position
As the administrator of the site, you don’t need to know how to program or write any html code. In fact, you don’t need to design a thing. All you need is some marketing experience and the drive to succeed. We provide the rest.

You are the voice of the website. You are to contact those who may benefit from a membership in the website and convince them to pay a fee and become a member of the website. Comprehensive Training
We offer you complete and comprehensive Training to teach you every aspect of the website. Though the websites are very sophisticated, the only requirement for managing them is basic understanding of the web browser functions; copy, past, manage emails, and so on. We have done all the work for you, so you can concentrate on marketing the site.
We do want you to be able to enter an account and speak intelligently to a client when needed. That is the only purpose of the training.
Telemarketing Scripts
You will be provided sample telemarketing scripts to start your work. You are however free to improvise and use whatever works for you.
Generating Leads
We make every effort to generate leads for you. Sometimes we have our staff in India send emails to prospects. In those emails we ask them to go to the site and register. We often obtain a toll free number for you. Prospects will call you on the toll free number. After the call is made, our system will send you an email and give you the callers’ information.
Sometimes we generate leads by making a mailing. We may send a letter or a postcard to prospects in that industry. If we do send a mailer, the cost of the mailer which includes the design of the mailing piece, the cost of the mailing list, and the cost of the postage for the mailer is an expense and it is reflected in your commission. We also generate leads in other creative ways. However, the main task of an admin is to pick up the phone and make cold calls and generate interest in the website and sell membership to those in that industry.
Work from Home
You will work from your home office.
Minimum Requirement to Start
You must have fast Internet access at your home office, either DSL or Cable. You must also have a phone with a proper message in place. The phone must have the capability to take two phone calls at a time. For example, if you are speaking on the phone and a second call comes in, the second call must be routed to a message.
Independent Contractor
You will be an independent contractor. You will be paid a commission for all the revenue generated for the site. You will be issued a 1099 at year end. You will not be covered by any work comp policy. No benefits such as health insurance, 401k or any other benefits will be offered to you. While we do offer a base pay to some of our admins, you will not be an employee of the company. You are an independent contractor because you work from home.
Compensation
We offer two forms of compensation plans. They are described as Plan A & Plan B.
Plan A: We offer you a base salary and a commission. We generally offer a commission of about 10% to 15% under Plan A. The base salary is decided based on our interview and your previous telemarketing experience.
Plan B: Under this plan, we offer a straight commission. The commission varies from 40% to 45%. That means you receive 40% to 45% of all the revenue generated from the website assigned to you. You will receive this commission even if you play no part in obtaining the business.
The revenue from which you receive a percentage will be reduced by the following expenses:
1- Cost of purchasing the web traffic, if we do buy web traffic
2- Cost of making a mailer to generate more leads
We offer complete back office support from our tean in India . You are not charged with that cost.
IC Agreement
Before you start work, you will be offered an Independent Contractor Agreement (IC Agreement) The Agreement spells out the conditions of your employment and explains the compensation package offered to you.
